Smartimer and Quadpacer
The smartimer helps to remind you brushing time of 2 minutes which dentist recommend. The quadpacer interval timer indicates when to move to next quadrant.
How To Use
- Open the charging port cover and connect the charging interface to the power supply to start charging.
- Attach the brush head and make sure it is locked in place.Wet the bristles and apply appropriate amounts of toothpaste.
- Gently move the brush head across each section of the teeth for 10 seconds, including front & back and chewing surfaces.
- Gently press the on/off button for modes switching according to personal preference, you can have 5 choices of white, clean, sensitive, polish and massage.
- Long press the on/off button around 3 seconds to turn off the device.
- Move to the next section when the auto reminder pauses briefly every 30 seconds. After finishing all 4 sections it will automatically stop after 2 minutes.

Q: How do I clean my brush
A: The main body of the toothbrush is IPX7 grade water-resistant. Rinse the toothbrush directly with clean water after each use, and dry naturally. Do not pull the bristles to avoid deformation.
Q: Can I use the device with braces?
A: The sonic toothbrush does not give effects on your braces. In facts, professional dentists suggest using sonic toothbrush on braces to remove any food residues stuck on the braces.
Q: What is covered in my sonic toothbrush warranty?
A: Your sonic toothbrush warranty starts on the day of purchase and runs for 1 year. If your sonic toothbrush is defective during the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage such as scratches, or damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, abuse, neglect or alterations
- Failure to take proper care of the product, including recharging
- Use of non-original replacement parts or unauthorized brush heads
- Repairs carried out by agents not authorized by AURORA D. Malaysia.
Q: Can I charge in short intervals throughout the week, rather than in one go?
A: We recommend that only charge when the battery is depleted.

A: Generally, when used as directed, the sonic toothbrush is safe and effective on receding gums or sensitive teeth. We also offer sensitive mode that is gentler on oral surfaces. If you have any concerns or experience any discomfort, please seek the advice of a dental professional.

Pertama kali tau Fiza guna electric toothbrush nie. Baru tahu betapa bersihnya gigi kita bila guna. Memang berbeza dari cara manual kita selalu memberus gigi. Selalunya berus gigi biasa akan buatkan gusi kita berdarah kerana memberus dengan kuat.
